In this class, we cover the foundations of functional movement and what it means to move well.

Learning the foundations of movement and posture will help to reduce pain, create symmetry in your posture and gait, build strength, and create stronger muscular connections in the body.

This class is an affordable way to dip your toes into our training before deciding whether to commit to the process. It is acceptable for people of all fitness levels.

Myofascial release

Release class — in this class we utilise tools and techniques to disperse tension, assist in pain management and break up areas of tissue in the body that inhibit functional motion and mechanical propulsion.

Myofascial release is a great way to reduce pain, improve circulation and blood flow, speed up training progress and recovery, maintain neuromuscular efficiency and decrease stress overall. This is a great class to join if you sit for long periods throughout the day, are in pain, and improve your training progress.

Advanced movement

This class is reserved for regular clients that have established a base of movement and as a compliment to their training. Covering advanced Functional Patterns multi-planar movements is a great way to get that extra training session in under the watchful eye of your biomechanics specialist.
